Mag's looking for a home

While I'm in the giving mood, I seriously would like to find a home for the ton's of magazines that I have.  There are years of all sorts from the old Real Simple to Home, some Fresh Living a couple of Cosmo's (I get these free - do not judge) Sports Illustrated etc etc etc.

If there is anyone out there that would like them, or knows of someone who knows of someone who's sisters best friends mother would like them then please drop me a comment and feel free to share the image below:-

Treasure Chest

Part of my daily routine is logging onto Google Reader and absorbing all the amazing blog entries into my pores and completely escape to a world of creativity - What a rush...

Recently I was given a box of button's bought at an auction and was over whelmed (firstly by the dust) but once I got used to that, the button's that were in this box was like taking a trip back in years. I sifted through the buttons and took the ones that best suite me and handed the box over to Nadia from http://lovecupcakecouture.blogspot.com/ she has now taken her stash and is packaging the rest for the SPCA in Kloof..... How great is that. (sorry Nadia, I'm really punting you - hmmm I sound like a stalker)

So my message I guess is to give, give & give some more.  If you cant use stuff hand it over to those that can. Pin It Now!

A PLEA

So this is a plea for help:-  I have absolutely NO IDEA how to photograph my "stuff" so that it doesn’t look like it's a 3 year old with a blackberry camera.

If anyone can give me some tips on how to best present my goodies, I'd really appreciate it.

The art of giving

Nothing warms my heart and fills my being than the art of giving.  Nadia over at http://lovecupcakecouture.blogspot.com/ put out a plee for unwanted, homeless buttons :-

I just happened to have been given, a really old wooden box that was bought at an auction, full of buttons.  I dived deep into the dust and found the buttons that I liked and suited what I'm all about but there were quite a few left over.  Who better to give them to than Nadia, so that she can create her beauties!  In return and totally not expected or the reason for giving, Nadia handed over this stunning brooch.  Thank you so much.
